Payment & Cancellation Terms

Pricing and Payments

• All prices for table bookings or cover charges are listed in INR unless otherwise specified.
• We use secure, third-party payment gateways. Herennow does not store your full credit card or bank login credentials.

Booking Confirmation

• A booking is considered “Confirmed” only once the payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation ID via email/SMS.
• A “Pending” transaction does not guarantee a table or entry.

• Venue Cancellations: If a venue cancels an event or fails to honor a confirmed booking, Herennow will facilitate a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Convenience Fees: Any platform “convenience fees” or internet handling charges are generally non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

• If you do not arrive at the venue by the specified “Entry Cut-off Time” (as per the venue), the venue reserves the right to release your table. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Financial Liability

Herennow is not responsible for any failed transactions due to technical issues with your bank or the payment gateway provider. In the event of a “double-debit” where the booking is not confirmed, the amount is usually reversed by your bank automatically; however, our support team will provide necessary logs to assist you.
